* Making Inbound/Outbound calls.
* Telephonic calling.
* Ability to provide information about Products & Services to clients and vendors.
* Basic Computer knowledge.
* Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
* Must Comfortable in talking to people.
* Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
* Convince Ability
* Enter and update customer information in the database
* Handle grievances to preserve the company reputation
* Keep records of calls and note useful information
* Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
* Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
