Urgent hiring Personal Assistant
Manage priorities on Director’s schedule.
24/7 availability with occasional travel.
Assist with preparation for meetings/events including development of PowerPoint presentations and maintain calender, attend meetings/events, and ensure appropriate follow up.
Undertake special research tasks
Prepare logistics regarding in-house meetings, travel, and telephone calls
Organize filing systems
Manage all incoming e-mails to Director
Assist in correspondence between Director and his engaged Organizations/Clients.
Qualifications Required :
Bachelor’s degree (Freshers can also apply)
Strong academic and professional performance
Impeccable judgment and discretion, with a track record of handling confidential information
Flawless organizational skills
Demonstrated performance in a demanding environment with tight deadlines
Experience interacting with senior leadership of business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Digital doc, ppt, canva design, calendar organise
Passionate interest in technology
Sense of humor
